Our Process

1. Comprehensive brief taken

Before commencing any assignment we ensure we talk to all the hiring authorities involved, allowing us to gather a clear definition of what our client is actually looking for. We focus heavily on skill set but also the individual personality required to fit into our client’s environment.

2. Targeted approach engaged

Once we have a clear understanding of our clients requirements we then enter our 10 -15 days of Research, Screening & Interviews.

BENTLEY Executives 10 – 15 DAY PROCESS:

DAY 1
Researchers identify competitors & compatible companies within our clients market. (For each search, 20- 40 companies where appropriate will be targeted)

DAY 2 – 4
Researchers identify high performers within the marketplace & start to screen against skill sets. (Ensuring we're talking to the right people, in the right positions).

DAY 5 – 9
Account Manager starts interviewing / screening in-depth. (Approx 60-70 candidates identified by the research team per role, will be interviewed)

Detailed CV evaluation & reference sourcing undergone where applicable. All candidates will be screened against job profile & clients "wish list".

Matching personality profile to our clients team / environment

DAY 10–15
The best 2/3 candidates identified will be presented (Including a detailed report of our findings in the marketplace for this particular assignment, including salary levels, companies targeted, reasons people were rejected & our perception of the market from our findings).

3. Briefing / Debriefs

We plan to debrief our clients & candidates within 24hrs after each interview, ensuring continuous feedback and communication between all parties through to acceptance.

4. Offer / Acceptance

Candidate's current salary details & future salary expectations will be clearly presented to the client prior to any interviews taking place, ensuring no confusion on parity of pay will arise at any later stage. The offer process will be managed by a Senior Account Manager ensuring the process of offer to acceptance goes smoothly.

5. Resignation briefing & Counter Offer Counseling

We expect our candidates to be counter offered by their existing employer, so we pre-empt this from the very start of our screening process, both in written & verbal format, communicating the likelihood of a counter offer being made and the associated risks involved to the candidate longer term if he or she was to accept a counter offer.
